Every year, Apcer holds an event for employees to celebrate achievements, overcome challenges and set new goals. The situation we’ve been going through made the face-to-face format impossible, and Apcer challenged us to recreate the event in a dynamic, interactive and striking way, but at home.
We developed the concept “Conversas com Futuro”, which materialized on a platform with a gamification component, where employees participated in missions to uncover clues about the event.
The event took place at the Sheraton Hotel, in a virtual and interactive environment transmitted in live streaming. “Conversas com Futuro” was hosted by journalist Fernanda Freitas, and Chef Pedro Limão, artist Afonso Cruz and sociologist Prof. João Teixeira Lopes all took part.
